Web Development
Training Course
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress development from the ground up. Graduate with 3 fully deployed websites and the skills to take on freelance projects immediately.
You Graduate with Live Sites, Not Exercises
Every project is deployed to a real domain. By the time you graduate, you have 3 live websites you can show to potential clients or employers.
Personal Portfolio Site
Built in pure HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Responsive, fast, and professionally designed. Your first site goes live at the end of Week 4.
Business WordPress Site
A full 5-page business website built on WordPress with a custom theme. SEO-optimised, PageSpeed 90+, and deployed on live hosting with SSL.
E-Commerce Store
A WooCommerce-powered online store with product pages, cart, checkout, and payment gateway integration. Ready for real transactions from day one.
What You’ll Learn Week by Week
Week 1: How the Web Works
Domains, hosting, DNS, browsers, HTTP/S, and the client-server model. Setting up VS Code, Git, and your local development environment. Your first HTML page deployed to a live server.
Week 2: HTML Foundations
Semantic HTML5: headings, sections, articles, forms, tables, and media. Accessibility fundamentals, ARIA labels, keyboard navigation, and why it matters for SEO and legal compliance.
Week 3: CSS Mastery
Box model, Flexbox, CSS Grid, custom properties, and responsive design with media queries. Building layouts that look great on every screen without a framework.
Week 4: Portfolio Site Launch
CSS animations, transitions, performance optimisation, and PageSpeed best practices. Build and deploy your personal portfolio site, your first live website.
Week 5: JavaScript Fundamentals
Variables, functions, arrays, objects, DOM manipulation, and event handling. The concepts every developer needs, without the framework confusion. Build interactive UI components from scratch.
Week 6: JavaScript in Practice
Fetch API and REST APIs, async/await, local storage, and form validation. Build a weather app that calls a live API, your first data-driven project.
Week 7: WordPress Development
WordPress architecture, theme structure, Full Site Editing (FSE), and the block editor. Building a custom child theme and custom templates. The WordPress workflow we use at Atech360.
Week 8: WordPress Business Site
Technical SEO with Rank Math, PageSpeed optimisation, Cloudflare CDN setup, and SSL. Deploy your business site to live hosting, your second deployed website.
Week 9: WooCommerce & E-Commerce
WooCommerce setup, product management, payment gateway integration (Stripe), and shipping configuration. Security hardening for e-commerce: SSL, WAF, and PCI compliance basics.
Week 10: Freelancing & Launch
Client discovery, quoting, contracts, and project management. Launching your e-commerce site. Building your first client pipeline. Graduate showcase and portfolio review.
Production-Ready Skills From Week 1
HTML5 & CSS3
Semantic markup, CSS Grid, Flexbox, custom properties, and responsive design, the building blocks of everything on the web.
JavaScript (ES6+)
Modern JavaScript syntax, DOM manipulation, APIs, and async patterns. Enough to build interactive, data-driven interfaces without a framework.
WordPress & FSE
Theme development, block editor customisation, custom templates, and plugin management, the platform that powers 43% of the web.
WooCommerce
E-commerce setup, product management, payment integration, and order fulfilment, the #1 e-commerce platform for WordPress.
Git & Version Control
GitHub workflows, branching, and committing. Every professional project uses version control, you’ll use it from Week 1.
SEO & Performance
Rank Math configuration, Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed optimisation, and Cloudflare CDN, so every site you build ranks and loads fast.
Common Questions
Do I need any coding experience to start?
Zero experience needed. Week 1 starts from “what is a domain?” and builds up systematically. Students with some coding background will move faster in the later weeks, but the course is designed so anyone can complete it.
What equipment do I need?
A laptop (Mac, Windows, or Linux), a stable internet connection, and a free GitHub account. We’ll walk you through the rest of the setup in the pre-course materials.
How quickly can I get freelance clients after the course?
Most graduates start pitching within 2–4 weeks of finishing. Week 10 covers the exact outreach process we use. Your 3 deployed sites give you a portfolio from day one, no spec work required.
Is this course enough to get a junior developer job?
For junior WordPress developer or front-end roles, yes, especially paired with your 3 deployed projects. For pure JavaScript engineering roles, you’d need to continue studying React or Node.js after graduating. We give you a clear roadmap for that path in Week 10.
